What counts as a conversation? +
A conversation is a 24-hour window with a single guest. So if one guest sends 15 messages in a day, that counts as 1 conversation. Most venues find their actual usage is well within their plan limit.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account? +
We handle this for you as part of setup. You'll need a Facebook Business Manager account (free to create), and we walk you through the verification process. Typically takes 2–5 business days for Meta approval.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number? +
Yes — if you have a number already registered with WhatsApp Business, we can migrate it to the API. If it's a personal WhatsApp number, we'd recommend a fresh number to keep things clean.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. Monthly contracts, cancel with 30 days notice. No penalties, no long-term lock-in. We're confident you'll want to stay, but we don't trap you.
How long does setup take? +
48 hours from when we have access to your website and any docs you want to upload. Meta's WhatsApp Business approval can add 2–5 days if you don't have an existing Business API account.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong? +
The agent is trained only on what you give it — it doesn't make things up. If it genuinely doesn't know the answer, it says so and offers to connect the guest with your team. You can update the knowledge base any time to correct or add information.
What languages does it support? +
The agent replies in whatever language the guest messages in — automatically, with no extra setup. It currently handles all major European, Asian, and Middle Eastern languages reliably.
